Cici is a character who appears in Kuu Kuu Harajuku.
Biography[]
Cici is the leader of a mermaid singing group.
Because she believes she had exclusive performing rights over the ocean where her group reside, she challenges HJ5 to a performing concert to determine who gets to sing.
But when her group loses, she curses HJ5 to speak in dolphin and her group steal their voices for their own.
Cici agrees to give them back their voices if they can win them back, but when the mermaids get into trouble during the contest due to their long unmangeable hair, they give HJ5 their voices back in exchange for one very useful hairbrush.
