Commander Bo-ring is a character that appears in Kuu Kuu Harajuku.
Biography[]
Commander Boring is one of General Nofun's highest ranked members. He appeared in the audience of Phony Ponies, sitting next to General Nofun.
He had a much larger role in The Kawaiifier. Unlike Nofun who wanted to spoil Kawaiification Day, Boring wanted to have fun. He proceeded to enjoy several activities including the ball pit and whack-a-mole. He was arrested at the end of the episode.
