Moods Meow is a character that appears in Kuu Kuu Harajuku.
Background[]
Moods Meow first appears when HJ5 are planning a cat adoption event, only to discover without him, the event will be cancelled because he disappeared.
They search everywhere to find him, but don't look in the one place he actually is, General No-Fun's headquarters.
General No-Fun becomes very fond of Moods Meow, because of his surly disposition and aggressive demeanour.
When HJ5 eventually find Moods Meow, they decide it's best to leave him with General No-Fun, as it makes them both happy.
In Catnapped, Moods Meow acquires a voice chip that allows him to speak and establish himself as the ruler of all talking cats.
His plan is to conquer the world and build his own evil headquarters on Meowritius by creating an army of talking cats to do his bidding.
He is foiled in his plan by Music taking away his voice chip, as without it, he can't control his cat soldiers.
